Marching Ballerinas

The Marching Ballerinas, founded in 1956 with the Marching Southerners, are a tradition at JSU, and I am honored to be a part of it. As a Marching Ballerina, I have traveled to Normandy, France, to perform in the 80th D-Day celebration, and have been elected as a group leader for the 2025 and 2026 seasons. As a group leader, I have the responsibility of communicating important information to my group, giving my group corrections, and leading rehearsals and performances. This coming December, the Marching Ballerinas and Marching Southerners will travel to Pasadena, California, to perform in the Historic Rose Parade.
