Miss JSU 2024
In 2024, I held the title of Miss Jacksonville State University. As Miss JSU, I raised over $13,000 for my service initiative focused on mental health awareness titled, “Let’s Talk About It.” I represented JSU at the Miss Alabama competition in Birmingham, AL. Lastly, I served as a role model to the JSU community by attending community events, being active on campus, and promoting mental health awareness on campus.
Miss Alabama Community Service Binder
Prior to competing at Miss Alabama, I created a community service binder highlighting all events I had attended and been involved with as Miss JSU. Click the link below to view the entire binder as a pdf.
“A Space for Grace” Serenity Garden
During my time as Miss JSU, I raised over $13,000 for the JSU serenity garden. From the groundbreaking to the ribbon-cutting, being a part of this project is an experience I will cherish forever. Being handed the scissors to cut the ribbon by President Killlingsworth was surreal and so special. My family and I went on to name the serenity garden, “A Space for Grace.” We didn’t want the garden to be named after anyone, because the garden is a space for everyone.
